The challenge

Most companies with 10 to 500 employees still run HR on spreadsheets and chat groups: attendance is hard to verify, leave and reimbursement requests get lost, and performance reviews happen without real data.

What we built

Attendance & leave

Clock in and out with location check, automatic late detection, and leave requests with approval.

Tasks

Kanban boards with drag and drop, assignees, labels and comments.

KPI & performance

KPI periods and templates, scores calculated automatically, self-assessment, manager approval, and a ranking dashboard.

Reimbursements

Expense claims with receipt upload and approval, grouped by category.

People & structure

Employee directory, departments, and an interactive org chart of who reports to whom.

Personal insights

Each employee's profile shows six months of attendance and KPI trends.
